  • I second George at Asda - surprisingly good for the price. Wilko are quite good quality for the money too.

Hi thanks,Wilko is new to me and I have enjoyed shopping there, lovely looking shop.I first of all thought it was going to be another woolworths but their stuff is good quality and the prices great, got bath towels for mum that are now reduced to £3.75 down from £5 and they were good quality and about £8 in other supermarkets

Hi, just like to say, good choice! I've bought bedding from Dunelm and it is brilliant. Washes well, reasonably priced and is comfy. I once got a lovely single duvet set for £5 in one of their sales -  still being used and it has been washed loads of times but still looks new.

I've also bought throws from there. Very cheap but don't look it and wash and wear really well.

I'm sure you won't be disappointed. (And I wasn't paid to say all these nice things, either!)

Thanks I will give it a good wash in softener when it comes,I'm a non driver so can only look at Dunelm online but had a friend that used to love them for homeware

If you want a British made one, don’t go to M&S!

Another vote for George at Asda. I've bought several sets from them and they all wash really well. Dunelm have been a bit hit and miss over the years, but @ £12 you can't go far wrong. My current favourite, is now 6 years old, from The Range. It cost about £18 for a kingsize set. Washes beautifully, really easy to iron, comfy & still looks as good as 1st time I used it.
  • I always go for the sateen & cotton mix from Amazon. Everyone who has stayed over has complimented them. They are very affordable, all my sheets are from there
  • www.premierman.com do some great duvets at great prices.

My votes go to George at ASDA, Dunelm and sales. Just bought a navy cotton double fitted sheet for 9.50 and a pair of navy cotton pillowcases for 3.50 fro George. I have bought their white Egyptian stuff in store as well, all very good.

If you want a UK made one, then don’t go to M&S, I made the mistake of not checking and it was made in Estonia, ESTONIA!  I’v got nothing against Estonia, but come on!
