Half my holiday's been cancelled by Voyage Prive and they are not answering any emails

I booked a complete package holiday via Voyage Prive going out next week. Last week they cancelled and refunded all my excursions and airport – hotel transfers. There is now a minimum of a 6 day quarantine when we arrive there but we will only be there for 4 nights. They are not responding to emails and their phone line is inoperative. I paid by credit card. On their website I can cancel the rest of the holiday but will lose most of my money. What can I do please? They don’t even respond to social media – I have tried it all.

Thy say they are dealing with emails according to the date of departure so they may still get back to you.0

If you are travelling next week that is not an acceptable position to be in. Email them and say due to the changes to the holiday you consider that there have been major changes which entitle you to cancel and if they do not confirm a full refund, you will apply to your card issuer for a full refund. If you have to quarantine for the entire stay, there is a major change which clearly does entitle you to a refund, that is obviously why the excursions have been cancelled as you wouldn't be allowed to go on them.0
