Too great a generalisation. Some are much more careful than others. The local free for all/aka car boot had very little in the way of preventative measures.Thrugelmir said:

A (general) lack of alcohol in the workplace may also be a help.0

I don't understand the rules either - they really have got it confusing this time. But I will try to be sensible and only do anything else in a specific and limited way.0

The rules for socialising have got a lot simpler. The advice used to be two households indoors or six people outdoors. Now (in England) you can socialise with up to six people anywhere. The bigger change is that the law has changed to six so the police can now breakup and potentially fine gatherings over six (they used to only be able to take action if it was over 30 people). These rules are for socialising only. Workplaces and education have different rules as they have other benefits. Businesses hosting the public have already generally been only allowing groups of six anyway but they have to adhere to covid secure guidelines to make sure groups do keep distancing.Grumpy_chap said:I don't understand the rules either - they really have got it confusing this time.
