Undermount sink

Hello all,
I am planning to fit a quartz kitchen worktop and replace my sink with an undermount sink.
I'd like to stay clear from traditional stainless steel sinks as in the
past I had a bad experience with limescale on a Franke sink. I live in a
hard water area.
I like a coloured (gunmetal) stainless steel undermount sink. It seems only
Caple sell it but I can't find many reviews about this. Is
anyone familiar with this type of sink? Lots of people vouch on
stainless steel sinks and if the coloured version works, it would be the
obvious choice but I can't find anything online to give me comfort to
go ahead. Would the coloured stainless steel sink be more
susceptible to scratches and reveal the true colour of stainless steel
after a while? Would anyone know whether the colour comes off over time?
OR
a composite sink e.g. Blanco
Subline Silgranit Paradur or a Schock Granite/Composite sink - do you think I would need to look into additional support to bear the
weight of this heavy sink?
Has anyone got any experience of these? Anyone in the trade fitted them?
Thanks!

I'm bumping this thread because I'd discounted undermounts vs insets....until I found a really big double sink that I want. The reason that I preferred inset is because I feel assured they won't leak, is this a misplaced concern with undermounts?
Eta: please help. I have just wasted the last 90 minutes of my life googling kitchen sinksNo man is worth crawling on this earth.

Leaking would be my least worry.IMO, the main problem is that they collect dirt between the sink and the worktop that is difficult to clean. My vote is for flash mount (real flash).3

Surely a dark tinted stainless steel will show (white) limescale more than normal stainless sink?
I'm confessing to being dubious about the longterm watertightness of undermounts, so I'd always go overmount with integral drainer.1 -
I didn't like having an undermount for the reason that grumbler gives. There is a gap that dirt find it's way into very easily but near impossible to remove (unless you have a sink moulded as part of a corian worktop, for example)You can see it clearly here because the worktop is so thin, but there is always a rim. https://www.tapwarehouse.com/p/caple-karns-mono-kitchen-mixers-kar-gm?gclid=EAIaIQobChMImIv07NCq8QIVWunmCh2qBgyNEAQYAiABEgKTLPD_BwE&gclsrc=aw.dsI'm happier with an inset.I've had that many kitchens. My previous favourite sink was a big inset granite sink, so that's what we have now. We don't have a drainer, we have two dishwashers. There isn't anything that doesn't fit into a dishwasher ☺️I should think that the sink you want is through-coloured but a darker colour isn't going to resolve limescale issues, it will show it more.Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

When can I get an inset sink with similar dimensions to this?
