eBay Fees/ Paypal

Hi
I've been selling on eBay for 19 years and have my monthly selling fees set up for payment from Paypal which has been straightforward until now.
At the end of August there were two separate eBay charges made to my Paypal account - one for the same amount as my invoice, and the other for £3.50 - does anyone have have any idea what this charge may relate to please ?
I thought I would see if it was just me missing something before I go to the trouble of contacting eBay to query this small amount, but I am slightly concerned that it could happen again, and perhaps for a larger amount next time !

If you look on your Seller Account you should be able to see the charges itemised - what does it say against the £3.50?
