This units code can only be calculated if there is another number that is 12 letters and digits long on the barcode beginning with a letter C, not a CL such as C70000001234. Have a look to see if this style of number is on the label on the back of the unit. If not it is only possible to get the code from the main dealer or a car radio specialist.

Sorry. Your code will only be available from a main dealer or the unit will have to be taken to a radio decoding specialist.

Hi 

Looks like the Ford dealer has written the wrong code in the handbook when the vehicle was sold new. Changed the battery today and the code don't work.

The radio is a CD6000 and serial number is V555291.

Can anyone help?
