The normal V serial has 6 numbers after the V. ie V123456

It's normally found on the screen by pressing the buttoms 1+6 or 2+6 together.

If no V number is found try the above link.

When I search for the Z serial number all I am getting is that it is none coded.

Your code will only be available from a main dealer or the unit will have to be taken into a radio decoding specialist.

I usally advise to use  https://www.ukbookshelf.co.uk/  for these, but looking on their site it says there are serious problems accessing the VAG system for everyone looking for codes. I can only suggest keeping looking on their site for any updates.
