Kenwood Travel T&C Force Majeure clause changed

Prior to Covid, We booked a special family celebration holiday to the Maldives with Kenwood Travel and are due to Travel end Oct 2020.
In July Kenwood notified us that the flights we had booked were no longer running so we had to change the airport, airline (to BA) and add an extra day to the holiday due to the different flight schedule, we agreed to that and the extra costs involved. I received updated booking details, ATOL certificate and T&Cs for the altered booking.
The FCO currently advises against travel to the Maldives and whilst we would love to be able to go on our holiday, I doubt the FCO will change as cases have been increasing in the Maldives. I started looking at what might happen to our package holiday if this was still the FCO situation and wanted to check that we would be entitled to a full refund and only tonight noticed that Kenwood changed the Force Majeure clause in their T&Cs to add the words "You may not receive a refund in full and we will not pay compensation.... due to epidemics and pandemics", the original booking said only that they "would not pay compensation...due to epidemics and pandemics" and this change was not highlighted to us when they changed the booking.
Questions -
Is it correct that if FCO advice remains not to travel to Maldives the package should be cancelled by Kenwood and we would be entitled to a full refund?
Can i argue that the original T&Cs apply to our booking (not the revised ones) as we were forced to change the airport/flights in July and that they did not highlight the changes to me?
Are BA flights likely to run to Maldives if FCO advice stays same?
Any input or advice much appreciated
Thanks
