My relative was the exor of a will last year - one beneficiary lived in Australia and wanted the legacy (close on AUD half mn) sent from the Exor account via Tor FX.

Tor FX were very efficient but it was astonishing how much  documentation was required by the Australian resident's bank, (including a copy of the Will).

If my brother needs more info I can of course provide it - it was a very simple estate as her house had been sold a few years ago and she was in rented sheltered housing so her only assets were cash (albeit spread amongst a variety of accounts) which she was slowly living off since my father's personal pension annuity died with him. Providing a copy of the will or probate or exec accounts is no problem, but I'm not going to waste time thinking about that unless the need arises.

None of this is an issue at all. It was just a simple question about the best means of performing the transfer of funds.
