Ticketmaster not refunding.

Hi this is my first post on the forum. I need help with ticketmaster refunds. I purchased four tickets to billie eilish last year which cost nearly £300 and now really need the money back but because she hasn't given a rescheduled date ticket master wont refund me. Is there anything I can do ? (I've already messaged them to ask ) . Thanks

No they won’t do anything till there is a new date. Seems to be a lot of people caught out by this going by their Twitter.0
