SEISS 2 Eligibility

I am an acupuncturist working in a clinic, but am a self-employed sole trader. I had a read through the scenarios in which I would qualify for the grant. I successfully claimed the first grant, as I didn’t work at all from late March to 15th June. For the first month, so up until half of July, I also had much less customers, as I was only allowed to treat urgent cases.
I got confused whether I would qualify for the second grant when they mentioned it was only valid if you were affected after 14th July. I have reverted back to close to normal earnings per month now. Reading through the scenarios, I think I might still qualify for the second grant:
- I have spent a lot of extra money purchasing the PPE and cleaning materials
- I am charging a pound extra per patient, but the actual cost is about £2.50
I was wondering, though, whether the following reasons would help me qualify as well:
- I am back to nearly normal patient numbers/earnings, but this is only due to the fact that I am working a lot of extra hours. The 15mins cleaning time in between each patient and the extra time needed at the beginning and the end of the day for a deep clean, means that I am working a lot more for the same earnings. Would this qualify me? I work basically an extra day now for the same amount. The controversy is, that is I would have reverted back to normal working hours, I would have qualified for the grant easily, as my earnings would still be considerably less. But it’s my business... you know...
- In the case of a local lockdown, my regulatory body would have me revert to treating urgent cases only again, which would drop my earnings considerably. This hasn’t happened yet, but as cases are rising, I can see it happening at some point. This is an eventuality, of course, so I don’t know if it’s an extra reason to qualify.
- There also is the looming threat of having to quarantine/self-isolate for 14 days if track and traced. But, again, an eventuality, I guess.
Any advice is much appreciated.

The extra cost of PPE alone is sufficient to meet the "adversely affected by coronavirus" criterion.2
