Letter would have been sent six months before the new revised date of the AIP, so if end date had originally been set to end ie 10 April 2021, new end date was 2 march 2019, letter would have been sent six months prior to 2 march advising that aip was now ending 2 march 2019.
The op could even think that the date they see is an aip, but its not.I have often got things in my head that I think are current only to find that is not!1
