Hi, 
My credit note is now able to be exchanged for a cash refund with last-minute. Com, however I rang the bookings number and it is not open. I have been on the website but am struggling to find another number or email to request my cash exchange. I suspect they are making it difficult to get in contact on purpose. 

Does anyone have any details I can use to contact them on please? I am conscious that my credit note is only atol protected till the end of September.
