County court date

Regrettably due to one reason or another I have ignored the below and have a county court date looming next month.
Could anyone give me some advice please.

What is the deadline date for exchanging witness statements and exhibits ?

Email a SAR to the DPO at VCS to obtain all your data , attaching a copy of the claim form as proof of I D under the GDPR law

I dispute your 'parking charge', as the keeper of the vehicle. I deny any liability or contractual agreement and I will be making a complaint about your predatory conduct to your client landowner.
There will be no admissions as to who was driving and no assumptions can be drawn. Since your PCN is a vague template

If  the Claimant can evidence that the alleged incident relates to a vehicle for which the Defendant is the Registered Keeper, any Notice to Keeper served by the Claimant would have needed to comply with the requirements of Schedule 4 of the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012. Otherwise, the Claimant is required to prove the driver of the vehicle they claim was involved in the alleged incident. I submit that the Claimant cannot provide such evidence and further submit that the Claimant does not include ‘Protection of Freedoms Act 2012’ wording on the Parking Charge Notices they issue and therefore cannot hold the Defendant automatically liable for the alleged incident merely for being the Registered Keeper of a vehicle.

If the allegation involves an alleged overstay of minutes, your evidence must include the actual grace period agreed by the landowner.

Read the other court case threads on here for Southend airport , there are at least one or two on the go at the moment

Answer anything else I asked , including the SAR  , have you done it ? And when ?

Deadline i 14 days beofre, so youve got time. Plenty of time. For satey get the WS and bundle done by the end of this month
Did you send them a SAR to see what documents htey have? I am assuming not. Do so NOW, TODAY, as they have 30 days to respond you MAY get lucky, if not you must meet your deadline to file WS and exhibits. Missing this deadline can be fatal tto your defence

BTW your defence looks more like an appeal you have copied from here I reckon, but an ooooooollllllld one.

That is not a defence, that looks like an appeal!  Did you submit a defence to Northampton CCBC after you submitted your AoS?

That is a terrible defence.  You used an appeal template!  THAT IS NOT A DEFENCE AGAINST A  COURT CLAIM!

OK, sort this out properly now. 

You must get a WS and evidence to the court and other side, not later than 14days before the hearing, so you need to work on this NOW.

Go read about ten VCS Airport no stopping zone threads, read their WS, and come back having copied & adapted one.

As above , the defence is not a defence , it's awful

The exchange rate is on your court order , sometimes on the back where people do not look , check again

In any case it will be at least 14 days before the hearing

It's not just a witness statement , it's a witness statement plus exhibits plus summary costs assessment , 3 items , not one
