How to add cusion around spectacles?

Options
Hoping some of you can give some suggestions?
I have spectacles and would like to somehow add some kind of cusions around the inside edges so they are a snug fit around my eyes, with no gaps?
Anyone with any suggestions? thanks

Rather than adding cushions, it may be simpler to ask the opticians to adjust the frame to a good fit.

Get some stick on draught excluder.

Umm, why do you want this?

Is this so wearing a mask doesn't fog up your glasses?

Yes exactly, need something around them as my glasses constantly getting fogged up. Only thing that works is googles but they are not glasses.

Try sticking the draught excluder round the top of the mask. On the inside, in case that’s not clear.

Piece of wire sewn/attached along the top edge of the mask?

I don't know if there would be anyway to avoid it entirely, but it's likely fogging up because the mask will not sit flush to your face, due to your nose. I imagine it's going to get worse as we're heading into the colder months!
