Hoping some of you can give some suggestions?
I have spectacles and would like to somehow add some kind of cusions around the inside edges so they are a snug fit around my eyes, with no gaps?
Anyone with any suggestions? thanks

Rather than adding cushions, it may be simpler to ask the opticians to adjust the frame to a good fit.0

Try sticking the draught excluder round the top of the mask. On the inside, in case that’s not clear. No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0

I don't know if there would be anyway to avoid it entirely, but it's likely fogging up because the mask will not sit flush to your face, due to your nose. I imagine it's going to get worse as we're heading into the colder months! You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride0
