Booking via OPODO, However Ryanair have changed our flights which are no good. So we can get a flight refund but lost the hotel money as it’s non refundable, (nothing in documents to say this) any ideas on how to get my money back please?

    Was it booked together as a package? 
    If it’s just two separate bookings, you’re not automatically entitled to a refund of the hotel as the room is available for you; you just can’t get there.
