The HR rep on the appeal asked me what I wanted, so I have already said that what I wanted from the appeal was recognition that the correct process has not been followed and therefore I was dismissed unfairly. I did not want reinstating - and that would not solve their figures and headcount issue. They seemed to accept that and nodded.
