Opodo just said our refund is a flexible ticket! Not good

Another Opodo saga, I specifically requested a refund NOT a ticket and they have just emailed to say they are refunding us with an edreams flexible ticket. 

Chargeback via the CC is way overdue so what should we do?!

Opodo have been bad for a lot of people so I thought I'd ask. Haven't seen anything about this ticket refund but I'm happy to be directed :)

    What do you want anyone to say?   What were the terms and conditions you booked under?  Check that and see if you have any recourse to challenge them. If not, and your insurance doesn’t cover, I would probably accept the credit being offered.

    Which airline? 
    Is the flight cancelled or you just would now prefer not the fly and would like a refund?

    If the airline are only offering a voucher or to hold credit for a future booking then that might why Opodo are only offering the same.
