Terms & Conditions

1. The closing date for entries is 11:30pm on Sunday 1st November 2020.
2. There is 1 prize (aka “your trip”) consisting of:
   • A family holiday for 2 adults (12 years or over) and 2 children (4-11 years old) to Lapland, Finland
   • The holiday duration is for 3 nights on a half board basis in Santa’s Star Arctic Hotel departing from London Gatwick on 4th December, returning on 7th December 2020.
   • The prize includes direct return flights to Ivalo, Finland, return transfers from the airport to Santa’s Star Arctic Hotel and thermal snow suit and boot hire.
   • The following activities are included:
     • Wilderness Dinner
     • Aurora Hunt by huskies
     • Visit to Santa
     • Trip to reindeer farm by snowmobile
     • Visit to Arctic Circle Centre
   • UK departure taxes and travel insurance (aka “the insurance”) are included – please see points 4-5 for more information. Winner to receive full insurance policy document once they are contacted by the competition organisers.
3. If the Foreign Office advises against travel to your destination, “your trip” will be cancelled and rebooked for a later date, or to an alternative destination subject to the agreement of the competition organisers.
4. If you wish to cancel/re-book “your trip” due to disinclination to travel to a destination which is not on the list of places the Foreign Office advises against travelling to, then this would not be covered by “the insurance” and therefore “your trip” would be forfeited.
5. “The insurance” will not cover you if quarantining is required whilst on “your trip”. This would need to be covered by your personal travel insurance along with any emergency medical expenses incurred due to Coronavirus.
6. Competition winner will be notified by phone or email within 7 days of the closing date.
7. No cash alternative shall be provided.
8. Expenses incurred during or as a result of participation in the prize are not included in the prize and shall be paid for by the participant/winner.
9. The prize cannot be transferred, sold or in any way traded.
10. One entry per person. Enter by completing the online Entry Form at Brewers.co.uk and liking the Brewers Facebook page. No purchase necessary.
11. All entrants must provide a valid email address to enter.
12. This competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, with the exception of Brewers employees, suppliers and their families.
13. It is the participant's responsibility to ensure that the contact details and email address held by Brewers are valid and correct.
14. It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure that they have a valid Passport with no restrictions for international travel.
15. By entering the competition, the prize winner gives their consent to appear in publicity material or other events relating to the prize. The Prize winner may be asked to participate in future publicity or PR activities, which may involve taking photographs.
16. Participants can unregister themselves by contacting mail@brewers.co.uk and will also be given the opportunity to update communication preferences via the entry confirmation email.
17. All decisions by Brewers Decorator Centres are final in relation to any result, dispute, prize or competition. Brewers Decorator Centres reserves the right, at any time, to remove any entry from the competition, suspend the competition entirely or limit the number of entries.
