Excel parking fine (ive followed the Newbies thread now out of ideas)

The newbies FAQ sticky thread near the top of the forum gives advice at LBC stage , including emailing a SAR to the DPO at the PPC , providing it's a formal real LBC and not just a debt collector letter

Agree with above.
It is usual at this stage to engage with the PPC by sending a letter refuting their claim and giving your reasons. There are occasions when a strong letter at this stage will result in a cancellation. Excel are likely to proceed to the court stage. If they pull out they take it to the wire.
By sending a letter at this stage you are avoiding the PPC saying that you did not engage with them. Given that this case is likely to be pursued as a small claim I would keep your response to the point.
All correspondence now will require some action.

Hi,
Just an update really. I now have my hearing on the 4th Jan 2022. I will be sending over my witness statement to the court and excel shortly. I've re read the newbies thread but is there anything else I should be sending over?
I have an email from B&M stating that they thought parking was free on a Sunday other than that.
Thanks

Did you use the template defence?
Examples of good WS and evidence bundles are in the threads by @Nosy and @jrhys.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Yes template defense was sent to both parties a few weeks ago. I'm now being asked for all documents that I rely on in my defence. I guess I just resend my WS?
Thanks0 -

What do you mean by resend your WS? Have you sent a Witness Statement before?
There is a massive gap of fourteen months in your posts. Difficult to understand exactly what's happening.1 -
Please don't guess. I've told you what a good WS looks like, with two links. You haven't sent a WS yet...?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Yes I didnt hear anything for nearly year from September 2020 until this summer. I have now been offered a a go away from Excel which i've ignored and I have sent my WS using the template defence to both Excel and the courts.
I have now received my date in court (Notice of allocation to the small claims track hearing) and in this document it asks to send all documents that we will rely on in court 14 days before the hearing.
Do I resend my WS to both parties?

You can't have sent a WS based on the template defence. You sent a DEFENCE based on the template defence, we know that. This is not your WS.
You still sound like you are muddling up the stages and need to re-read the red heading stuff in the NEWBIES thread 2nd post.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
