    That's true! I think the indecision comes from worrying that it's going to be a pain transferring an ISA to a different provider.
    Your reluctance to choose a platform now is rooted in indecision about a future event that may or may not happen?
    What happens if they don't offer a fund I've invested in on the new platform, is it simply sold off?

    Well the sky isn't going to fall in and the seas won't boil. If the new platform doesn't offer the same class as the old one did, it will be transferred as cash so you can buy the fund that the new platform offers

    I think what would worry me most from the customer service side is how easily I could transfer an ISA or SIPP
