Retailer cancellation of PCN

Hi, 'the driver' overstayed 15 minutes in Pontypridd Retail park and I as the registered keeper received a PCN from ParkingEye.
I emailed the B&Q Manger per the email address on the receipt with a copy of the PCN and receipt and got a response that they have requested the PCN be cancelled.
I've since received a reminder PCN, but this is dated the same day of the email response from the B&Q Manager so may have generated before the cancellation was received.
Do I need to do anything further, should I ask PE for confirmation that it has been cancelled? It's still within the 28 days, actually the 14 days is tomorrow.
Also worth noting is the reminder notice doesn't have the 'Golden Ticket' POFA2012 section, but the original PCN did.

The reminder never has the POFA warning , nothing interesting about it

Ensure you appeal as keeper within the 28 days if you do not receive a cancellation from Parking Eye , adding a line that b and q requested cancellation

Try to pretend pay it and check the balance outstanding , it will be zero if cancelled , or not available

Yes, you can tell online by going through the motions as if to pay (obviously NOT paying!).  ParkingEye's website will say if it's cancelled.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thanks both, it's still showing as £60 owing when I went to pay today so I guess I'll have to put in an appeal and say something to the effect that 'the driver' had the landowners permission and the B&Q Manager has sent through a cancellation request.

When did the manager instruct PE to cancel?
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

I got a reply from B&Q on the evening of 3rd September that they had sent the cancellation request and it would be processed next day.
