Onthebeach refund

So after weeks of arguments with easyJet and onthebeach I’ve managed to secure a full refund for my holiday. However, when I tried to claim my refund today they’ll only send the money back to the cards that the money was paid from. Normally that would be great but my account was upgraded in the middle of the instalments so half of the refund was paid using a card that no longer exists. Any idea how to get around this I’ve messaged them but their average response time is around 2 weeks.
