    Yes, reading it back it appears it’s resurfaced because the OP has posted another thread about refusing the LL access to do an EICR,.....,

    eye watering rent, I used to pay close to that when I was living in London. Moved out of London as it became silly how much of my salary went on rent. London Is expensive
