This is all to celebrate The Long Road Festival presents HOMETOWN SOUNDS that will stream on Saturday (12th September) from 8pm, which was obviously meant to be the original TLR weekend for 2020.

You'll be able to watch live performances from some of the best UK acts including… The Adelaides, Ferris & Sylvester and Ward Thomas. Plus, there will be then an exclusive performance from the brilliant US artist – Brandy Clark.

The prize winner will be that persons who enters all valid boxes of the online form.

The winner will be drawn electronically at random after entries close 00:01 on Monday 14th September

Only one entry per person.

All entries are via the online form which is free to enter.

Start Date and End Date

From Wednesday 3rd September 2020 until close 00:01 on Monday 14th September 2020

Entries received before the Start Date or after the End Date and time will be invalid.

 

Winner Announcement

The winner will be contacted directly via the phone number and email address supplied in the online form.

 

4. ENTRY RESTRICTIONS

• Open to UK residents aged 18 years or over on date of entry.

• Our employees (and their family members) or employees of any company involved in the Competition, incl. the Prize Provider, must not enter.

 

5. THE PRIZE

5.1       The prize is:

• Luxury accommodation for x4 people for use across the festival weekend

5.2       You will be responsible for ensuring that you and any person travelling with you are available to travel and hold valid identification documents to gain entry to the Festival on the travel dates specified.

5.3       Prizes are subject to availability. There is no cash alternative for the prize and the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value.

5.4       The prize is supplied by the U-Live Portfolio Limited, and the Promoter's glamping supplier. U-Live Portfolio Limited reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond U-Live Portfolio Limited’s control makes it necessary to do so.

5.6       The prize is not negotiable or transferable.

5.7       In order to claim the prize you will be contacted by Country Hits Radio and asked to provide necessary details for the prizes and if necessary asked to provide your written parental or guardian consent to enter and claim your prize within 5 days of us contacting you.

Winner’s details may be given to the prize provider to arrange delivery of the prize. 2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND CONSENTS.

By entering this Competition, you are consenting to our use of your entry both to publicise this Competition, our radio station or any other radio station which we own or control. This means that we may use all names, images, descriptions, photographs video footage, and other information, which you’ve submitted on entry, in any media, without paying you and without any time restriction. You also agree that we may film, record or photograph you in connection with the competition and /or the Prize (if you win!). We will own these films, recordings or photographs and we may use them publicly, including on the internet, for our radio broadcasts and/or for any promotional purposes. You will also have waived any moral rights or right to payment that you may have had.

 

3. MISCELLANEOUS.

a) Entries that don’t comply with these terms won’t be accepted and you may be disqualified if we think you’ve breached them.

b) One entry per person

c) If there is a dispute about the operation of the Competition or correctness of any answers given, our decision is final and no discussion will be entered into on this subject.

d) The correct answers to questions must exactly match our answers to win.

e) You are responsible for all costs of entry.

f) As far as it is lawful to do so we exclude our liability for any losses suffered in connection with the Competition / the Prize.

We may cancel / amend / end / suspend the Competition if we need to do so due to circumstances outside our control.
