The Smallest House

The Smallest House in Great Britain is a diminutive one-up-one-down, former fisherman’s cottage situated on the quay in Conwy, North Wales, standing out from the rest with its bright red facade. Visited by thousands of tourists every year, the tiny cottage is an enduring reminder of a simpler life lived in times past.

Its then owner, Robert Jones, saved it from demolition in the early 1900’s, turning it into a museum after it was condemned as unfit for habitation. Its status as the Smallest House in Great Britain was confirmed by the Guinness Book of Records in the 1920’s.

Prize:

There is one (1) prize of £85,000 and a BMW X3 car.

(i) £85,000 cash

This element of the prize consists of £85,000 (eighty-five thousand pounds) made payable by BACS payment in the name of the entrant only.

(ii) BMW X3

This element of the prize consists of an automatic BMW X3 xdrive20i M Sport car (“Car”) including first registration fee, road fund licence and £80 worth of fuel.

The winner can choose the exterior colour of the Car from the following metallic colours: Carbon Black, Black Sapphire, Glacier Silver, Sophisto Grey, Phytonic Blue or Mineral White. The winner can choose the interior colour of the Car from the following colours: Black with Grey Contrast Stitching Vernasca Leather, Oyster with Grey Contrast Stitching Vernasca Leather or Mocha with Night Blue Contrast Stitching Vernasca Leather.

The Prize provider of the Car will use reasonable efforts to deliver the Car to the winner’s home address within four (4) months of receipt of all correct and valid documentation from the winner however please note that delivery of the Car may be subject to delay due to the ongoing Covid-19 situation. Such documentation includes without limitation a valid insurance cover note to register the Car, a current driver’s licence and a current and valid photo ID such as a UK passport. The winner is responsible for insuring the Car and all other costs associated with taking up the Car. The winner may choose to register the Car in another person’s name subject to receipt of correct and valid documentation for that person.
