I'm confused as the initial postal address is different to the postal address mentioned in the T&C  🤔

I suggest that CO2 8GD is the preferred postcode.

News UK use GFM Holdings as a marketing partner, and CO2 8GD is one of their "large user" postcodes. The mail will actually go to the PO Box at the Royal Mail sorting office which handles mail for that postcode - so I believe mail sent to CO2 8FW will also get there OK.
