Silversea cruise cancelled 19 March - no refund yet?!

Booked this cruise through cruise.co.uk and cancelled on 19 March. Nothing back yet, cruise.co.uk say it’s just Silversea taking it’s time but it’s nearly 6 months now. Is there actually anything I can do except sit and wait? Don’t want to get stressed out thinking there’s something I should/could be doing. Been on Twitter to both recently but still nothing. Thanks

Anyone having problems with Iglu cruises. Booked a flight, two nights stay in New York before we were to pick up the cruise at the end July/ beginning August. We tried to stall making the final balance payment but were told we had to pay it or else we would be deemed to have cancelled. Cruise was cancelled.
 Got an email in June saying refund payment would be made within 90 days...... no money refunded as yet after 90 + days. Anyone else waiting or if you got a refund how did you get it ?

Chargeback or Section 75 Claim probably.
