Cancelled Theatre Trip.

A local dance academy offers trips to West End shows to include travel and the show tickets. Due to Covid19 the trip booked for six people was cancelled. The academy then emailed to say we could go on another date or have a refund which we indicated we would prefer but this would be based on a majority decision. We are now being told that we are not entitled to a refund even though the event has been cancelled, moved or rearranged. Any thoughts or guidance appreciated. Keep safe.

* The majority decision being all the other attendees on the trip not just our party.0
