Hi,yes, I've done it before through the CEC and got cashback.Best to check your T&Cs though, mine said " If you move to another tariff with us, the exit fee will not apply."

Some exit fees are based on tariff exit, some on supplier exit. So check the t and c's of your specific tariff.No free lunch, and no free laptop
