Legal and General home/buildings insurance

Hi guys, hope this is in the right place!

Ive just logged into my legal and general account online as my buildings and home insurance is up for renewal. Once logged in i find that i have no active products! no account numbers, insurance documents/policies etc (all done online so nothing in the post as far as i remember) my insurance is due for renewal on the 14th october and ive received no correspondence as of yet from them. ive tried every phone number i can find and i just get an automated voice saying

'welcome to legal and general, sorry we are not taking calls at the moment'

is there any way of contacting these people? from the looks of it it doesnt seem i actually have any insurance with them at the moment, even though i know i paid them!

numbers tried - 08000929922, 08001970990

03709005565 - no options other than to make a claim, currently been waiting on hold for over 30 minutes!

any help would be greatly appreciated, cheers!
