2019s Barclays Blue Rewards offer

I signed up last July/August for their offer. I can't remember the ins and outs of it but i'm sure most of you are more switched on than me. Something along the lines of 2 direct debits gets you £10 a month after deductions. So each month in the rewards history i'd have 2 entries of £7 on two different dates and in my current account with Barclays there'd be a £4 deduction/fee.

Well i've just gone in to my account now to tot up the end of month balances for my accounts and noticed that this month the payment was £3.50, not £7.00. The fee taken was still £4.00 so right now i'm sitting on a loss for the month, albeit only 50p.

Do any of you know if an additional £3.50 (or even £7.00, though i doubt it) should be coming this month or is the game over and it's time to close the account as it'll be operating at a loss?
