Santander Basic Debit Card

The Santander Basic Bank account now comes with an embossed Debit Mastercard. Unfortunately still not contactless but the card looks better than the previously issued Visa Debit card.
As yet I’ve not tried at petrol pumps, offline transactions.

Yes so it seems they had this in the pipeline for quite a while now it references the change on there website now:
