Awaiting refund

Hello please help I booked a package holiday with loveholidays I have had a part refund but still awaiting my flight from Turkish airlines been in touch with LH several times now 14weeks later still no refund what can I do or have I got to just sit n wait

Why do you think you are due a refund on the TK flights?
Turkey is not on the "non-essential" FCO travel list and TK are operating flights into and out of the UK.
I would think LoveHolidays packaged and sold restrictive flight tickets. A refund may not be forthcoming on that element of your holiday.0
