Hello
Just wondering if anyone has any advise,
We bought a new build not to long ago and noticed kitchen cupboards or faulty - we reported this has soon as we moved in and just had them replace however the new ones that was only installed a week ago has bubbled again and we have reported but they dont know what else they can do.
Is there anything you can suggest we don't want this to happen all the time and wondering what our options are?
thanks for any help

What do you mean by 'bubbled'? Do you know what is causing this to happen?0

Are they the ones near the oven by any chance?0

Hi it’s all of them basically looks like a manufacturing fault on the material the bottom gloss is coming away

Is there anything you can suggest...
I would have thought the fairly obvious answer is that the developer should get the matter resolved with their supplier - i.e. the people who sold them the faulty, bubbling kitchen units.
And if their supplier is unable to supply fault-free, non-bubbling kitchen units, the developer will have to go another supplier.
(And if the developer needs to make a legal claim against the supplier who supplied the faulty, bubbling units to get their money back - that's up to the developer. Obviously, that's not your problem.)1 -
Suggest you go back to the developer and ask for a different set of cupboards, preferably a different model. Might be ask asking other people on the development if they have the same problem and if not, see if you can get a set the same as them.0

The door surface is delaminating. It could be due to damp, it could be due to insufficient glue being applied in the manufacturing process (some defects have been reported if you google it). I'd suggest, as other have, different door models being used. You could ask for a partial refund and putting new doors on sourced by yourself. I don't know how the developer would respond to that. You could point out this would save the costs associated with further call outs from yourself. But that kind of logic might not get through.1

So, the carcasses are okay, and it's just the doors? Unfortunately, these things are not interchangeable, as hinges and drawer heights are not standardised. There are firms that will make replacement doors to measure, but they may not be cheap. Your first port of call is the developer, and it's unlikely they'll agree to pay for bespoke replacements.
You could also speak to your neighbours and find out if they have the same issue. It could be that just your colour is bubbling, in which case maybe you could compromise on a different colour. No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0
