Just had an email saying the Journey Card is closing
Effective on 2nd November 2020 we will be closing the Journey Credit Card and you will need to repay your balance in full by 3rd February 2021. |
We’re writing to let you know that we have made the difficult decision to close our Tandem Journey Credit Card. As a result, your Journey Credit Card account will be blocked for spending on 2nd November 2020 and then closed once your balance has been repaid in full. Any pre-existing payment plan you have with us will not change due to this notice. We encourage you to continue to follow your existing plan when repaying your balance. In case you need help repaying your balance, please contact us so we can discuss your options Just me? |

Their cashback/Membership card is also closing0 -

Oddly they are asking you to opt out of paying the 6.9% APR by writing to them. If you do opt out then it remains at 0% until February which is a no brainer. Some of the language used is confusing as it isn't clear what happens after February if you don't pay.0
