Top Cashback fails to track Hermes

Well since the 10th August, using the exact same desktop,browser etc, Hermes has stopped tracking on Top Cashback. Contacted them over it but keep telling me to try everything I have already tried. I know this is an issue their end (Hermes or TCB) but they see no problem. I have proven that it is nothing to do with my choice of browser (Chrome) as its the one I have used for years AND other retailer purchases around the Hermes purchases have all tracked as normal.
Does anyone else have this issue with Hermes ?

Yes exactly the same thing has happened to me, I did nothing new and tracking stopped dead for me too. It was the start of July however, I mainly use Hermes but a couiple of other vendors didn't track either at the time. Then it seemed to track ok a couple of times but I notice since 10th August nothing has gone through again! A right pain
