Another late visitor to the thread. My internal timetable has gone haywire and I find myself reading half the night and sleeping half the morning. It doesn't worry me, but when life outside my little bubble returns to something like normal I suppose things will have to change.
Dull and chilly here today, but not chilly enough to start doing the Winter Cosy. Never mind, if I'm stuck for ideas on how to occupy myself there are always the boxes to sort.
Hope everyone finds something enjoyable about today that doesn't include cuts and bruises, Nelski.
THOUGHT FOR TODAY

Afternoon All
Just a quick one from me, it's nearly lunch time and I'm needed!
Hopefully a roofer will call today whilst I'm out to fix the end bits on again, they've only been missing since February!
The rain was really quite awful yesterday but after a damp start the sun is shining now, there's blue sky too which I haven't seen for a while.
Glad you all seem to be plodding along nicely, it's unfortunate that we can't visit anyone's house or have anyone visit ours but it's fine as long as everyone's safe. DS1 and the DGC are coming at the weekend as your 'bubble' is ok thankfully.
Take care. XX13 -

No... hope you're not too bruised and battered.
My early morning trips were successful. I collected my ordered book from Waterstones though, somehow, two other books jumped into my hands as I was waiting. Just can't resist. The engineer from Openreach never materialised. I got a phone call at 12.45p.m. to tell me that 'bosses' had decreed no home visits allowed because of 'lockdown'. We are not in lockdown...so I was spitting feathers. It's been made clear that tradespersons can still attend to repairs or installations. Anyway, I phoned to complain, got a lovely chap in Liverpool who has credited the BT account for £25.00 as a missed call. How easily my anger disappeared. Now I will unplug the old router, plug in the new one and trail round WI-FI devices putting in the new password.
