please help me .. me and my family went to flamingo land and stayed in the fire tree it cost us £1400 for 4 nights 5 days, on arrival the lodge was infested with dead flys, the decking was full of bird poo and cobwebs and the brick work on the floor was unsafe witch resulted in my child ripping her toe nail off . The cooker still had the last persons food on the microwave was dirty and the washing machine had the last persons cloths in. The sofa had stains on it and was ripped on the other side it was a nightmare . We complained straight away and a cleaner arrived no mask on and just hoovered the dead flys up, me and my partner spent the whole night cleaning the inside and barring in mind this was my daughter birthday. It took them 2 days before they cleaned it up and left the door wide open with our belongings in the lodge for anyone to help themselves to, we where promised a free meal witch we never got and they had a manager ringing us trying to haggle with us like we where on eBay bidding for a used pair of trainers it was a nightmare. They offered for us to stay in a house that was right where all the drunks where with a small yard batting in mind we was staying in a set back lodge with it’s own private garden and then they offered us a house that was right at the entrance so would of struggled to get in the park at peace times and busy road witch we did not want to do. They offered us fast track tickets and I said I would collect them at 10.15 I arrived and was left stood for half an hour ignored so I left as I was missing time with my family and felt like they didn’t care about what was happening to our family, after that we herd nothing from them witch was a joke and when we went to hand the keys in the smarmy manager said to me if u want to complain go to info and do it there out legal team will deal with u ....I really don’t know where to take this as for one the property was not covid ready and had health and safety issues and two we wasted 2-3 days of our time there sorting the problems out the manager said 20% u will get off and that’s it, I want for the managing director to see what the park is really about as I think this would be pushed under the carpet. I also reported my child accidents on the first day there and when I handed the keys back to the manager she said she had not
reported it and I would have to go to first aid . No one had even come out to see my child it was a joke, please can someone help me I don’t know where to start.
