1. This Promotion is open to residents of Great Britain aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter and anyone professionally associated with this Promotion.
2. Please note that while we want to encourage you to participate and enjoy the benefits of the Promotion we believe in responsible consumption of our products. DO NOT purchase more product than you can reasonably use or consume just to participate in this Promotion.
3. Purchase is necessary. Please retain an itemised receipt that states the time and date of purchase prior to entry as this may be required for validation and in order for the winner to receive the Prize. Internet access and a valid email address are required.
4. Purchase Period: Purchase a promotional Goodfellas product (see clause 7 for a list of Promotional Products) between 10:00 BST on the 1st September 2020 and 23:59 GMT on the 24th November 2020 inclusive.
5. Entry Period: Enter between 10:00 BST on the 1st September 2020 and 23:59 GMT on the 6th December 2020 inclusive.
6. Wrap Up Draw: If you purchase a promotional Goodfellas product (see clause 7 for a list of Promotional Products) between 00:01 GMT on the 25th of November 2020 and 23:59 GMT on the 6th of March 2021, you are eligible to enter the Wrap Up Draw between 00:01 GMT on the 7th of December 2020 and 23:50 GMT on the 10th of March 2021.
7. To Enter: Purchase a promotional pack of Goodfellas pizza [see clause 7 for a list of promotional packs], visit wingoodfellaspizza.com, scan the front of the pack and complete the online form providing your email address to find out instantly if you have won a prize. Winners will be required to keep the itemised receipt that states the time and date of purchase prior to entry as this may be required as proof to validate winning a Prize.

9. Maximum of 2 entries is permitted per person per week during the Entry Period, and a maximum of 1 entry is permitted per person during the Wrap Up Draw Entry Period. One itemised receipt per entry. Each itemised receipt must state the time and date of purchase, which must pre-date the entry date and time. Maximum of 1 Prize per person per Prize tier.
10. Winner Selection:
    
    1. Instant Win: During the Entry Period, 201 “winning moments” (days, hours, minutes, seconds), have been randomly selected by an independent verification service. The first entry on or after that winning moment will be awarded the prize. If no entry is received between one winning moment to the next, the prize from that winning moment will be rolled over, creating an additional winning moment. All 201 prizes are available to be won.
    2. Wrap Up Draw: At least 5 winners will be randomly selected from all valid entries received during the Wrap Up Draw Entry Period. For your total confidence, the prize draw will be conducted by an independent promotional verification service, within 5 working days of the end of the Wrap Up Draw Entry Period. As this depends on what is won during the Promotion, the total number of Prizes that may be awarded by this route is unknown and only 5 are guaranteed.
11. Instant Win Prizes: During the Entry Period, there are a total of 201 prizes to be won. Each winner will win one of the following prizes, allocated at random:

    2. 1 of 70 x £5 Amazon Movie vouchers
    3. 1 of 30 x 6ft pizza blankets
    4. 1 of 1 x £10,000 cash
12. Wrap Up Prizes: 1 of 5 x £5 Amazon vouchers plus any unclaimed/unwon Instant Win Prizes. As this depends wholly on what is won during the Promotion, the total number and nature of Prizes that may be awarded by this route is unknown.
13. Further Prize Details and Conditions:
    
    1. Winners will not receive any refund if the full £3.50 Goodfella Pizza or £5 Amazon Movie gift voucher is not used.
    2. Goodfella's Pizza coupons will be redeemable in all major supermarkets that stock Goodfellas pizza and will be valid for 1 year.

    4. £10,000 cash prize will be awarded by BACS transfer.
    5. Maximum of 1 Prize per tier per person.
14. Winner Notification:
    
    1. Instant Win: All winning entrants will be instantly notified on screen and asked to follow the instructions to claim their prize. Winners of the coupon and voucher will be sent their prize via email instantly after claiming the prize. Blanket winners, coupon winners and the £10,000 cash winner will be contacted to request additional details to fulfil their prize. The winners will be required to confirm acceptance of their Prize and eligibility and may be required to provide proof of purchase (till receipt showing purchase of the product and pre-dating online entry). Blanket, coupon and cash winners must respond within 14 days of initial contact. In the event that a winner does not provide the required details within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that winner and return the Prize to the Promotion Prize pool which may be won by another entrant during the Entry Period.
    2. Wrap Up Draw: Any winners via this route will be notified via email within 28 working days from the end of the Entry Period and will be required to follow the instructions provided during Winner Notification and claim their prize within 28 days. Failure to respond in this manner may result in the winner being disqualified. In the event that a winner is disqualified, the Promoter reserves the right to award the Prize to a reserve winner selected in the same manner.
15. Prize Acceptance: Once eligibility of a prize is confirmed and the prize is accepted, the winners will be notified within 28 days of acceptance of the Prize to arrange delivery of a Prize. In the unlikely event that a Prize doesn't arrive within 28 days of prize acceptance, the winners will have a further 28 days to inform the Promoter by emailing goodfellasbignightin@promowinners.com. In the event that a winner does not inform the Promoter within this time frame, the Promoter will reserve the right to not reissue the prize or limit its value at their sole discretion.
16. Provided no objection is received, if you are a winner, your surname and county of residence will be made available by sending a request to the Promoter at help@wingoodfellaspizza.com one month after the close of the Promotion, for a period of 8 weeks. You can object to your surname or county of residence being published or request for the amount of information being published to be reduced by emailing the Promoter at help@wingoodfellaspizza.com. Without prejudice, the Promoter will provide this information to the Advertising Standards Authority on reasonable request.
17. The Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and the coupon, Amazon voucher and Pizza blanket cannot be redeemed for monetary value or for any other form of compensation. If for any reason any element of a Prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion to substitute another prize for it, of equal or greater value.
18. An entry must be made directly by the individual entering the Promotion. Incomplete or illegible claims together with claims which do not satisfy the requirements of these Terms & Conditions in full will be disqualified and will be not be considered.
19. In the event that the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, dishonesty, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or does not comply with these Terms & Conditions and to cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion or invalidate any affected entries.
20. The Promoter will not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations or any delay in performing its obligations within these terms and conditions If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs caused by (but not limited to) global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God or any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter.
21. No responsibility can be taken for entries or winning claims that are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or which cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The Promoter does not guarantee continuous or secure access to the web page.
22. The Promoter together with any associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using a Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Nothing will exclude the Promotor's liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
23. Should an act, omission, event or circumstance occur which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms & Conditions the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations.
24. The Promoter may refuse to award a Prize in the event of any entrant's fraud, dishonesty, breach or non-entitlement under these Terms & Conditions or seek recovery of its value if the Prizes have been awarded.
25. Any and all personal data supplied for the running of this Promotion will be used solely for the purpose of this Promotion by the Promoter and/or by any agent appointed by it to assist with running the Promotion on behalf of the Promoter and will not be disclosed to a third party for any other purpose unless your positive consent has been obtained. 26. If any provisions of these Terms & Conditions are judged to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, this will not affect or impact the continuation in full force and effect the remainder of the provisions.

28. In the event of a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and the details in any promotional material, the details in the Terms & Conditions will prevail.
29. These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law and their interpretation and application will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
