4/12/07 - LTSB Standing Orders not working?

Hi,
Just wondering has anybody has problems with their Standing Orders with LTSB?
I have a £250 S/O for my Monthly Saver, set for today. But this morning I checked it is still in my Current Plus. I definitely have more than enough to cover for that amount in my current account. I thought normally it leaves 1st thing in the early morning?
Thanks!

It's not just SOs, it's LTSB's banking system.
We should have have had a not insignificant BACS credit this morning. I rang DWP and they confirmed that everything had gone off as usual but that they'd had a lot of calls (this was soon after 8am!), all from LTSB customers with online banking, who hadn't received anything.
Their messaging system must be working, you'd have thought they'd have had the wit to put a notice up for when you log in telling you what's happening.0 -
Perhaps they are trying to generate some income from their 0845 numbers!
I know, I know, there is a 01733347007 number that we can use, but from those customers who don't know that?0 -
They agreed that there is a problem with their computer system, and said it should be fixed by the end of the working day.0

It was an overnight batch system fault.
I had two bills ready to go out on Internet banking today - at 4.30pm they had not gone from my account - by 5.30 they had.0 -
I noticed that a DD that should have shown as gone out this morning wasnt showing but now it is. The problem must be sorted nowBaby Ice arrived 17th April 2011. Tired.com! :j0
