Lease Car 14 day cooling off period
I have changed my mind on a lease deal I signed up to. I am within the cooling off period, however the company have said that the £199 arrangement fee is not refundable as it is under a different agreement?? When I took the deal they said they do not do anything for 14 days, just in case the customer changes their mind. So I am not sure why they will not refund the payment? Does this sound correct?

Yes. There are 2 contracts - one is for the company to arrange a lease for you, and the other is the lease itself. If they have done the work, they should be paid. It's not their fault you changed your mind.2
