Care parking- abused patron parking

I received a Parking Charge Notice from care parking which had a £100 fine due to abused parking. From reading other threads I'm understanding that abused patron parking means that I left the premises?
I have read the newbies thread and from that I gather that ignoring it isnt really a good idea? To start I should send an email to care parking from a template?
The template I am seeing is: Re PCN number:
I dispute your 'parking charge', as the keeper of the vehicle. I deny any liability or contractual agreement and I will be making a complaint about your predatory conduct to your client landowner.
There will be no admissions as to who was driving and no assumptions can be drawn. Since your PCN is a vague template, I require an explanation of the allegation and your evidence. You must include a close up actual photograph of the sign you contend was at the location on the material date as well as your images of the vehicle.
^I am confused if this is just what I send or if I have to add more to it?

It is not a fine.
What happened when you complained to the landowner?
If a landowner complaint does not get the PCN cancelled, then send the template in blue text from the first post of the NEWBIES to the PPC, using whatever method they tell you to use. Send it unaltered from the keeper, then read up on what to do if/when it is rejected.I married my cousin. I didnt realise I had to contact the landowner first. I will do that0

Plan A is always to complain to the landowner, especially if this is a retail outlet and they want motorists/customers to come back again.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks3

Is there a template of what to send to a landowner? (sorry if there is, I just can't see one)0

Look at the one by @KoalacubePRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:

classic case of not reading other threads, there are loads for Care Parking , like this on at Aldi in Prestonand that Koalacube complaint is the best one on here over the last few years, even though it was only 2 months ago

Leaving premises is unlike to convince a judge that you breached a contract. He/she may take the view that this is an unfair T&C ib a consumer contract. Read this
https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6186680/care-parking-abused-patron-parking#latestNine times out of ten these tickets are scams, so consider complaining to your MP., it can cause the scammer extra costs, and in some cases, cancellation.
Parliament is well aware of the MO of these private parking companies, many of whom are former clampers, and on 15th March 2019 a Bill was enacted to curb the excesses of these shysters. Codes of Practice are being drawn up, an independent appeals service will be set up later this year,
Just as the clampers were finally closed down, so hopefully will many of these companies, persistent offenders denied access to the DVLA database and unable to operate.
Hopefully life will become impossible for the worst of these scammers, but until this is done you should still complain to your MP, citing the new legislation.
