Interest on BOS bank Acc

Options
I have 3 BOS C/A's two have paid out interest today and one has not!
Nothing has changed, I have met all the requirements
Anyone else has an issue?
I choose the rooms that I live in with care,
The windows are small and the walls almost bare,
There's only one bed and there's only one prayer;
I listen all night for your step on the stair.

What sort of BOS current account is the one that did not pay interest? Did it get interest before?

All 3 accounts are classic BOS with vantage and all 3 have paid out on a regular monthly basis until now.

In which case, you'd have to ask BOS.

    Classic Vantage I assume?
Double check that you have satisfied the conditions. 2 direct debits paid in August at least £1000 credited and a balance of 0 or more throghout the month.
I didn't get interest on two of mine because I forgot to credit them but as there is only £40 left in each of them I haven't missed out on much,
  • As stated in my post above, all requirements have been met!

What date, and time, were the credits made? And what dates were the DDs paid?
  • Were any of the transactions due on 29th, 30th, or 31st August?
If so did they not go through on 2nd September - and you missed out due to bank holiday?

  • Thanks for all your posts, I think the problem is with me and the date of transaction as pointed out by jones.

Why did I only get £4.72 when last month I got £5.37 and the balance never dropped below £5,005?
