Busch Gardens and the impossible Refund!

Hi! Just looking for advice! Me and my Partner were due to go to Florida back in April and we are desperately trying to get our refund back from Busch Gardens! We’ve tried calling, messaging, email. You name it, nothings worked.. had anyone else had any luck? We booked direct with them so we don’t know what to do?! The only contact we have been able to establish is through twitter but as you can see from the screenshots, it’s not proving very insightful..

What are the terms & conditions of your tickets? Were they for a specific date? Are they refundable? Was Busch Gardens open on the date?

Some places / airlines are taking 4 months or more to refund; you'll just have to hold on. 
Can you dispute the payment through your bank?

You may have to just wait for the backlog to be cleared but have you tried contacting their London office?

The tickets were for a specific date with an additional experience booked too. We had a refunded confirmed officially in July  and they were not open when we were due to visit. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Yeah, that’s what I keep trying to think but then I keep thinking surely there cannot be THAT big of a back log that they are 5 months behind on refunds (although I appreciate I may just be naive) A London office? No! We had no idea they have a London office?! I don’t suppose you have found their information?
