Claim under Section 75?

I paid for flights for our family (9 in total) to Portugal back in December and we should have been going on 21st August for a week. The FCO's advice was not to travel to Portugal, but this advice changed as of 22nd August. I paid by credit card and wonder if I can make a claim under Section 75.

Your card provider won't be liable for this if the flights went ahead, but you may be able to claim on your travel insurance, so check the terms of that policy....
