Agency Staff, holiday pay and furlough

Hi, I am employed by an agency and had holiday payments deducted at source by request.The people that the agency use to pay me introduced an online holiday booking system whereby you can book 5 days holiday each week and get your accrued holiday payments in installments. You had to take/book all your accrued holiday days by the 28th August or you would lose them. They've said I could NOT get all my holiday pay (and it's my money) all in one go. Are they allowed to do this? Does anyone know? I was also very lucky that I was put on furlough and that the Govt said agency staff who don't normally get paid during their holidays would now qualify ( I was also amazed). The agency advised me that I could split the week and have a mixture of holiday pay and furlough payments each week.  Despite telling me I could have a mixture of payments two weeks ago, the agency are now saying  if you get paid holiday pay and it amounts to more than your average furlough payment you would only get your holiday pay. Is this correct?

For the days you are on annual leave they must pay you 100% of your wages.

Thanks for that. I was wondering though, can they limit and control the amount, for example I would have liked all the money accrued apprx £900 in one go rather than spread out over the 6 weeks summer holiday.
