TERMS AND CONDITIONS for “Win family tickets and an overnight stay with Warner Bros. and Magic Radio” These terms should be read with our general competition terms at: http://www.bauerlegal.co.uk/radio-competition-terms.html which also apply to this Competition.

 

1. COMPETITION MECHANIC AND HOW TO WIN

The prize winner will be selected at random from those persons who successfully answer the online question and provide the requested details.

The winner will be chosen by electronic random draw by Wednesday 30th September.

3. DATES

Start Date and End Date. From 12.01am Wednesday 2nd September to 23:59 Wednesday 16th September 2020 (End Date).

Entries received before the Start Date or after the End Date will be invalid.

 4. ENTRY RESTRICTIONS

Open to UK residents. If under 18 years of age, prize will be sent to a parent or legal guardian aged 18 years or over. Proof of age may be required.

Our employees (and their family members) or employees of any company involved in the competition, incl. the Prize Provider, must not enter.

This competition is only open to those who have not won a competition in the past 6 months for any Bauer brand above the value of £500.

Only one winner from one household can win in any 6 month period for any Bauer brand.

5.  THE PRIZE

The Prize is provided by Bauer Media and there is 1 winner only.

Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and no alternative will be offered.

• 1 x Family ticket to Warner Bros. Studio Tour (2 x Adults and 2 x Children)
• Travel period between October 2020 – October 2021
• Valid for 2x adults as well as 2x Children, and based on 2x adults and 2 x children sharing accommodation
• Maximum stay of 1 x nights
• Hotels and room types may be subject to change, for circumstances out of Bauer’s control. If such incident occurs, a like for like hotel and room type will be secured.
• Travel expenses to and from the hotel will be covered within the UK
• It is the winner’s responsibility to pay any extra costs incurred e.g. car parking, daily valet

 

 

Once confirmed, any changes including but not limited to, name changes, date changes and route changes will be at the prize winner’s expense.

OTHER CONDITIONS

DATA PROTECTION. Names, email addresses, and/or telephone numbers (which, for all SMS competitions, will be shared with our SMS provider) will be collected and used to process entries. Winner’s details may be given to the prize provider to arrange delivery of the prize. Your details may remain stored after the End Date but will not be used for marketing unless you have ticked an opt-in box on entry. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND CONSENTS. You also agree that we may film, record or photograph you in connection with the competition and /or the Prize (if you win!). We will own these films, recordings or photographs and we may use them publicly, including on the internet, for our radio broadcasts and/or for any promotional purposes. You will also have waived any moral rights or right to payment that you may have had.

MISCELLANEOUS.

Entries that don’t comply with these terms will not be accepted and you may be disqualified if we think you have breached them.

If there is a dispute about the operation of the Competition or correctness of any answers given, our decision is final and no discussion will be entered into on this subject.

The correct answers to questions must exactly match our answers to win.

We are not responsible if you fail to get through when you call / text to enter, or if you lose signal during a call.

You are responsible for all costs of entry.

You may be disqualified if you are incomprehensible, inaudible or if you appear to be driving, intoxicated or likely to offend listeners.

Whilst on-air, you must not make inappropriate or offensive statements.

As far as it is lawful to do so, we exclude our liability for any losses suffered in connection with the Competition / the Prize.

We may cancel / amend / end / suspend the Competition if we need to do so due to circumstances outside our control.
