‘TFL Active Travel Competition’ on Capital Network; Capital XTRA; Radio X; Heart Network– Wednesday 2nd September 2020 to Sunday 25th October 2020

RULES

1.    The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at https://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/; https://www.capitalxtra.com/terms-conditions/ ; https://www.radiox.co.uk/terms-conditions/ ; https://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/ ) (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to the  ‘TFL Active Travel’ competition (the “Competition") which will run from Wednesday 2nd September 2020  to Sunday 25th October 2020 on Capital Network; Capital XTRA; Radio X; Heart Network (the “Radio Station”).

2.    Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. 

Details of the Competition:

3.    To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to  www.capitalfm.com/win; www.capitalxtra.com/win; www.radiox.co.uk/win  or www.heart.co.uk/win , register their details and answer one question on the TFL Active Travel competition page.

4.    Online entry will open at 00:01 on Wednesday 2nd September 2020 and close at 23:59 on Sunday 25th October 2020.

5.    One winner will be randomly selected from all correct and eligible entries across Capital Network, Capital XTRA, Radio X and Heart Network.

6.    The winner will be contacted by telephone and/or email by a representative of Global within 7 working days of the competition closing and told they have won.

Eligibility:

7.    Entrants must be aged 18 years or over

8.    Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

Prize Terms and Conditions:

10.    Should these products be unavailable at the time of purchase for the winner, the NDL Group reserves the right to substitute with an alternative of equal or greater value. Specifications are subject to change from the manufacturer without notice. 

11.    Bike sizes are subject to availability at the time of order. 

12.    During the Covid-19 Coronavirus pandemic, Halford bike build service is only taking place instore and will require collection from a local store on a select date. Home delivery without bike build can still be arranged subject to availability, however, it will be the winner’s responsibility to build their own bike. Delivery of bikes have a longer lead time due to the pandemic and may be longer than usual. 

13.    All other prizes will be delivered within 28 working days from the date that NDL receives confirmation of the delivery address from the winner. NDL will do their best to adhere to these time frames, however due to the uncertainty around the full impact of the Coronavirus, there may be delays with stock availability and deliveries. 

14.    Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
