dial up "pop up" on broadband?

hmm interesting one for you
on Broadband and today when I have clicked to connect to broadband i get a pop up to "Dial Up Connection" It asks me if i want to connect when i say yes it cant connect? but i can still surf if i dont click on it, has this mad (brunette) woman clicked on something i shouldn't??
using ie7 if that helps

in IE click Tools -> internet options -> connections -> click "never dial a connection" -> save0
